EuroMPM Project Management Processes



In the EuroMPM we started a project to develop project management processes beyond the limits of PMBOK 4.

Main perspective:

PMBOK is on projects - not on programs. Programs are only mentioned in the introduction of PMBOK.

The Initiating Process Group is insufficient - most boxes are empty.

Typical inputs like Organizational Process Assets and Enterprise Environmental Factors need an interpretation for a project - or better for a program with its projects.
